Heat Wave

I don't know what the weather is like where you are but it has been pretty dang hot here in Oklahoma. Thank goodness for air conditioning and a pool! I came across this tear in the latest Shape magazine (which has not been too bad as of late) and thought it made up the perfect beach bag. Cheers and stay cool! Click on image to enlarge

New Kicks

Over the weekend I got myself a new pair of workout shoes (and will be donating an old pair, thank you), and I must say they are bright! They are just what I need to reenergize my hot summer workouts. Now I just need some flashy outfits to go with them, any suggestions?

In the Hood
